In a statement released by Diddy’s attorneys, they argue that Cassie’s claims are “sensationalized” and intended to damage his reputation. The defense further argues that Cassie willingly participated in the events she now describes as abusive
and that she is seeking financial gain through her allegations. Despite the defense’s claims, Cassie has maintained that she felt trapped and unable to leave due to Diddy’s threats and financial control.
