A newly released surveillance video from 2016 has surfaced, capturing an alleged physical altercation between music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs and his former partner, singer Cassie Ventura. The unedited footage was presented as evidence in Diddy’s ongoing federal trial, where he faces multiple charges, including allegations of assault and coercion.
The incident occurred in the hallway of a Los Angeles hotel and shows Diddy grabbing Cassie by her hoodie and dragging her down the corridor.
The footage, which is approximately 15 minutes long, also shows Diddy confronting a hotel security guard who appears to have intervened. During her testimony, Cassie recounted that the hotel incident was just one of many instances of alleged abuse throughout their decade-long relationship.
Cassie claims that Diddy frequently used his influence and wealth to manipulate and intimidate her, making it difficult for her to leave the relationship.
