Lombaard said Smith even packed Joshlin’s clothes into a black bag. She then allegedly went to meet the woman believed to be the healer.
The witness further claimed Smith tried to cover up the truth. “She offered money to silence me,” Lombaard told the court.
Another neighbor, Paulina Tshosa, described a disturbing moment. She saw Smith dragging Joshlin into a shack during an argument.
Tshosa recalled a haunting detail from that day.
“One of Joshlin’s flip-flops was left behind during the struggle.”
Even more chilling was what Joshlin’s schoolteacher reported. She asked Smith about Joshlin, who replied with a strange claim.
