He further claimed that Alexis had shared personal frustrations, stating she had been feeling neglected. She allegedly attributed this to having not been intimate in two weeks.
The boy recalled that she was wearing casual clothes, including white shorts with a pattern and a pink top. This happened before things took an inappropriate turn.
He said that the situation escalated after he kissed her on the neck. Alexis allegedly responded by saying she wished he was older.
The teenager described that inappropriate physical contact then occurred. He said that no precautions were taken during the encounter.
