In December 2019, Jesse married Emma Watters (née DiGiovine), and their relationship has continued to flourish. Their story, however, started with what Jesse himself described as an unconventional approach.
Reflecting on how he first pursued Emma, Jesse openly admitted to a rather unusual tactic. “When I was trying to get [my wife Emma] to date me, first thing
I did, uh, I let the air out of her tires,” Jesse revealed. “She couldn’t go anywhere, she needed a lift. I said, ‘Hey, you need a lift?’ She hopped right in the car.”
Though he joked about the questionable nature of his actions, Jesse also suggested that his plan ultimately worked out in his favor. The couple’s connection grew, and today, they remain happily married.
Their relationship began after Emma started working at Fox News, marking the start of a romance that has since captured public interest and reflects how professional dynamics can intersect with workplace policies and HR compliance standards.
