A woman was violently attacked in a Miami-Dade Walmart as a man tore her clothes and forced her to the floor. But before things escalated further, three nearby male shoppers jumped in to stop the horror unfolding.
The incident unfolded in broad daylight when screams rang out across the store, shocking customers and staff. Shoppers rushed toward the chaos, where they found a woman being assaulted in the middle of an aisle.
According to police, the suspect, Brendan Jarmal Harvey, had approached the victim from behind. Without warning, he lifted her dress and groped her before violently throwing her down.
Harvey reportedly tried to strip the woman further as she screamed and struggled to break free. But her cries brought a swift response from three courageous men who happened to be nearby.
One man leaped onto the suspect’s back to pull him off the woman as she fought him off. Moments later, two others arrived and joined in to restrain the attacker together.
